
today’s smoothie - 2 handfuls of spinach, 1 banana, 1/2 cup of blueberries. topped with wheat flakes, pumpkin seeds and cinnamon.

made this delicious spinach spread today - a good handful of baby spinach (blended or at least diced), enough lite sour cream to make it spreadable, some ground garlic plus cumin and paprika because i felt like it. it tasted ssooo good, will definitely do this again.

anyway so apparently i have lost nearly 10 pounds now and i can barely see a difference. my waist is a little more defined, but my stomach is not a whole lot smaller than it was. my arms and legs don’t appear smaller at all. what’s up with that? I HAVE LOST 10 POUNDS I EXPECT TO SEE IT OKAY. although a friend told me i had lost my back fat. so that’s interesting. bye for now :)
